Where do I manage my plan?

Go to My account. From there you can resume deliveries, keep your plan paused, or cancel it.

Is there a charge while my plan is paused?

Yes. Paused plans incur a $14.99/month hold fee unless fully cancelled.

Can I skip a week?

Skip or swap any week, no questions asked.

Privacy

We keep the details we need to run your plan: your name, email address, delivery address, plan and recipe history, food preferences, and payment information. We use them to plan, pack and deliver your boxes, to bill your plan, and to help when you contact us.

We don't sell your personal information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor.

By using Thimbleberry Box you agree to keep your account details accurate and your sign-in to yourself. Recipes and text on this site and on our recipe cards belong to Thimbleberry Box Kitchens, Inc.
